Sales Process

All prices shown on this page DO NOT have the IGIC / VAT included. Except in the tab of the products that also shows the price with IGIC / VAT included, both prices clearly differentiated.

No price includes shipping costs, which will be calculated and charged in the final phase of the purchase process depending on the amount of the order, delivery address and the number of brands that make up the order. You will find the details of shipping costs in the section "Payment and Shipping Costs".

The prices and conditions of sale are purely informative and can be modified in response to market fluctuations. However, the completion of the order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and the general conditions of sale in force at this particular time.

Once the order is formalized, the store can always cancel all or part of the order if there is any problem / errata / modification with the products of the order, in which case the problem will always be notified to the client and if a solution that satisfies both parties will proceed to cancel the order and the full refund of the amount to the buyer.

Castilian will be the official language used to formalize any type of request and make any type of communication as a result of it.

Shipments

Delivery times range from 1 to 5 days, always starting to count from the collection by the agency. We can not guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that the transport companies comply with them whenever possible.

This delivery period begins to count from when the transport company collects the merchandise from our facilities or the facilities of our suppliers.
In the orders that include articles of several brands, as many shipments as marks will be made according to the order or are necessary.

The client will have 24 hours to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to check that everything that is included in the included products is included. After these 24 hours, the shipment will be considered accepted and no claims will be accepted for malfunctions or faults with the shipment.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the client must verify the products upon receipt and expose all objections that may exist.

In case of receiving a product damaged by transportation, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours in order to claim the incident from the transport company.

RMA / Guarantee

The warranty will cease to be effective if the products have been handled or returned without all the original parts. The material under warranty that is sent to repair must be sent postage paid. Although the manufacturer's warranty does not include shipping costs, Suepro will return the repaired material freight prepaid.

The procedure to follow for the return of material for damage, in warranty, will begin by notifying the product's damage to our email ventas@suepro.es after confirming the registration of the request, the client will receive the address where you must send the merchandise to be analyzed and proceed to repair or replace it, if applicable.

It is absolutely essential to use the procedure described above. If material is sent without a copy of the invoice or without an "RMA Form", it will not be accepted. Likewise, any shipment that is received freight collect will be rejected. If the material is under warranty and is sent without a copy of the purchase invoice, it will be treated as if it were out of warranty.

Stock

All products offered on our website are available for sale. But in most cases, depending on the stock of our suppliers to serve orders, we can not ensure the stock of all products offered on our website, since we do not always have access to the stock of our suppliers in real time. In any case, whenever there is an incident with the stock of the references of an order already formalized, we will contact the customer, to offer the best option or in the case of the latter, the full return of the order.

Returns

According to current legislation, products can be returned, for whatever reason, within a period of 7 working days from the receipt of the goods by the customer, as long as the product is kept in the original conditions for its put again for sale and therefore not manipulated. In no case will the amount associated with the shipping costs be refunded. Before proceeding to send the return, you must open a return or exchange by sending an email requesting the same to ventas@suepro.es, being the date of sending that email the date that will be taken into account to validate if the refund is in term. Once the return or change request email has been received, it will be answered indicating the customer the shipping address of the products resulting from the return or exchange, which may result in several shipments if you wish to return products from more than one supplier.

In addition, the following conditions must be met as appropriate:

 
- Return conditions for private customers

Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by LAW 47/2002, of December 19, on the reform of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade:

Contracts for the supply of goods whose price is subject to fluctuations in financial market ratios that the seller can not control.

Contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, or which, due to their nature, can not be returned or may deteriorate or expire quickly.

Contracts for the supply of sound or video recordings, discs and computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied electronically, capable of being downloaded or reproduced with immediate effect for permanent use.

Contracts for the supply of daily newspapers, periodicals and magazines.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging with all the accessories it contains, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals or adhesive tapes directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, Suepro reserves the right to refuse the return.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund of the amount will be processed if so indicated.

The transportation costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer.

The payments via bank transfer for refunds will have a maximum period of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we try not to delay more than 7 days.

In the event that the return is denied, once the product is examined, SUEPRO will store said product in its premises, until the client takes charge of its collection or shipment.

 
- Return conditions for distributors

Only returns of material without unsealing and in perfect condition will be accepted, during the 7 working days after its reception.

Such returns will be processed as a commercial return, since there is no law that regulates the rights of return between companies and these procedures are regulated according to Suepro conditions.

Product returns will not be accepted in blister or thermo-sealed, and other products that have a factory security seal broken; as for example, motherboards with unsecured cables, monitors, printers, memory cards, etc.

These conditions do not cancel the right of guarantee or exchange of defective products. Suepro reserves the right to refuse the return in case of any anomaly detected in the returned product.

Cancellation of orders

Provided that the content of the order has not yet been picked up by the transport agency, and that the product continues in Suepro's premises, the client may cancel the order, by which process the order will be completely canceled.

This process will have a cost of 1% of the total amount charged, in concept of management expenses.

Said cancellation request must be sent by email to the address ventas@suepro.es, indicating the order number and the selected form of payment.

If the order had already been sent, it would be impossible to cancel the order. Having to wait for the client to receive it, to initiate a return according to the refund policy of suepro.es, as indicated in the top of these conditions of purchase.
